You can search for theses publish in Finland, including doctoral dissertations from the Finna.fi -search service. You can also find Finnish articles or article metadata and references from Finna.fi.
Once you have done the search, you can narrow down the results from the menu on the left. Using the content type and year of manufacture (publication) filters allow you look for up-to-date publications and limit your search to doctoral theses. You can also filter to results to include only material available online.
If you get several search results and there are some that aren't relevant to your topic, you can try limiting your search to the Subject field. This will show only results that have the keyword as a subject term in your results. This will ensure that the search term will be key content in your search results, not just something mentioned in an abstract.
