Quick guide to Primo

In the Primo search service you can look for materials using the name of the material, the author, ISBN, or by using search term relating to the subject.

  • Narrow your search results by using the Primo filters
  • The asterisk * is a wildcard, and it can be used to replace the end of a search term
  • If you want your search terms to appear together as a phrase, use "quotation marks" around them
  • The Boolean operators AND & OR  can be used in Primo, please note that AND is built-in so you don't have to type it into your search.

Library is here to help
